Welcome to Little Feet Nanny Services! We understand how special your children and family are to you. We also know how important it is to have qualified, trustworthy and committed childcare. Thank you for considering our help with this process, we cannot wait to get started finding the perfect sitter for your family!
QUALITY CARE
Our mother's helpers are vetted through a detailed procedure

-Background screening by professional service, B&B Reporting.
-Personally interviewed (via phone and in person)
-Current CPR certifications (infant/child)
-Non-Smoker
-High School diploma
-3 verified professional references
-1+ years of child care experience
Our helpers will arrive to work with the following preparations
​
-Photo identification for confirmation of person
-Age appropriate activities, games and books (these will be pre-planned when the helper learns more about their assigned families)
-Personal snacks or meals if requested by family
BOOK A SITTER
To reserve a sitter through LFNS, please note the following steps:

Fill out a sitter request form with a minimum of 3-4 days notice.

Request forms will be reviewed from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri. (If you send a request after 6pm, it will be viewed the following business day at 9am.)

With reservations, a 3hr minimum will apply.

Once your form is reviewed, we will be in contact with you within the hour.

After hours, last minute, holiday and urgent requests should be filed by phone only.
-
Cancellation policies will be enforced once a sitter is matched with your request and both parties are notified.
BOOK A SITTER REQUEST FORM
Once your ‘Book a Sitter’ request form is reviewed, we will begin our process of matching the perfect sitter for your needs. Our sitters have a deep respect for safety, creativity and education, ensuring your children will love their time with a LFNS sitter!
After your sitter is chosen, we will send you a profile that will include their name, contact information, biography, testimonials and a photo.
In order for LFNS to meet all the needs of our clients, we ask that you make requests as soon as possible. A minimum of 3-4 days notice helps to confirm the availability of a sitter. We will work hard to find childcare for your occasion. Please note our strict, 3 hour minimum applies to all sitter requests.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Little Feet Nanny Services, LLC understands that uncontrollable situations, circumstances and emergencies happen, so we have created a cancellation process that hopefully helps everyone involved.

Cancellation fees are credited as follows:
24 hour notice= No Fee
Less than 24 hrs notice= 1/2 charge for time requested.
Less than 12 hour notice= full charge for time requested.
Request modifications should be made within 24 hours of reservation in order for LFNS to most efficiently and effectively cater to both the sitter and the family.
