Sweet Tooth Treats For Your Sweetheart



Pink Yogurt Popsicles

Using Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, create a frozen snack that could melt any heart.

2 Cups Greek Yogurt (vanilla to add sweetness)

½ C Strawberries

½ C Blueberries

4 TBSP Lemon Juice

8 molds

-Mix ½ C yogurt with ½ C strawberries

-Mix ½ C yogurt with ½ C Blueberries

-Combine mixtures together with lemon juice and divide into molds.

-Freeze until frozen or to desired consistency.


Chewy Granola

1 ½ C old-fashioned oats

1/6 C coconut flakes

¼ C pink, red and white m&m’s

¼ C honey

1/6 C sunflower seeds

1/6 C peanut butter

½ tsp vanilla

-Mix together oats, flakes, m&m’s and seeds in a bowl.

-Add honey and PB into a separate microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds

-add it all together with the vanilla

-Spread out mixture into a 5x9 pan, place in fridge for 1+ hrs.
