Welcome to Little Feet Nanny Services! We understand how special your children and family are to you. We also know how important it is to have qualified, trustworthy and committed childcare. Thank you for considering our help with this process, we cannot wait to get started finding the perfect nanny for your family!

Simply register by filling out our detailed application and together we will find a time to get in touch!

Once you and your family have interviewed our best candidates and chosen the perfect nanny, we will assist you with the hiring process. Little Feet Nanny Services will provide clear guidelines for both parties including a sample contract/agreement you may reference with your new nanny. We strongly encourage using an agreement that clearly states a detailed job description, salary, benefits, expected work schedule and more. LFNS will present this agreement to the nanny on your behalf and once both parties have signed, the placement fee is charged.

In-Home Consultation & Fee

Our in-home, virtual consultation provides your match coordinator with vital information about your family, including values, parenting styles, beliefs and family culture to best match you with a compatible nanny. We have a one time, non-refundable fee ($245) for this step in the process.

Trial Period (Optional)

No agency fee for trial period for up to 12 hours, but an hourly rate of $20/hr minimum will be paid to nanny by family for her/his time. Hours may be split between 2-3 days. If you plan to trial the nanny more than the 12hr period, a $250 deposit is required to LFNS on day one of the trial.

Matching & Interview

Leave the screening and interviewing up to us! We will only send you top resumes to review. Top resumes are based on what your match coordinator feels are highly qualified and in sync with your family’s needs by continuously reviewing your application. Little Feet Nanny Services values quality over quantity, so only the best candidates will be scheduled an interview with your family. Together we can work out the details of the interview process.
